Lane Cove has perfected village life on the North Shore's quiet side, and its road out, Burns Bay Road, happens to point almost exactly at our studio. Fifteen minutes of easy driving separates the plaza from the dance floor.
Lane Cove to Darling Street
Burns Bay Road down to Victoria Road, across the Gladesville Bridge, and into Rozelle: about fifteen minutes outside peak, one of the smoothest North Shore approaches we have. Evening lessons mean you are travelling against the homeward tide both ways.
Three steps into your first session
A conversation first
We start by talking about what you would like to get out of dancing, your confidence, your pace and what you are hoping for.
A little dancing
Then some gentle dancing, entirely at your pace. You do not need to know a single step, and you do not need to bring anyone.
A plan built around you
Your instructor recommends a program suited to your goals, your skill and your learning pace. No obligation to take it.
One studio, one teacher, your pace
Lane Cove village does calm well, and a private lesson is calm with better music: one teacher, one student or couple, and a program shaped around your goals rather than sold off a shelf. Complete beginners settle in fast here precisely because nobody is watching them do it.
