These terms apply to gift certificates, complimentary introductory sessions and lesson bookings with CareToDance Studios Pty Ltd, Level 1/595 Darling Street, Rozelle NSW 2039. By purchasing a gift certificate or booking a session, in the studio or online, you agree to them.
Gift certificates
- Gift certificates are valid for three years from the date of purchase, in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
- They can be redeemed only for the lessons, classes and inclusions named on the certificate, at CareToDance in Rozelle, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lessons are booked subject to instructor availability, so please book ahead, especially in November and December.
- A certificate may be transferred to another person with our agreement. It is not refundable, except where the law requires it.
- If a certificate is lost, contact the studio with the purchase details and we will do our best to help.
Complimentary introductory session
- One complimentary introductory session per person, for new students, subject to availability.
- It is a relaxed mix of conversation, a little dancing and a personalised plan. There is no obligation to continue.
Bookings and cancellations
- Please give the studio as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel a lesson, by calling 0423 054 644 or emailing balmain@caretodance.com.au.
- Personalised programs are designed for you at your Planning Session and priced as quoted there.
Your details
We use the details you give us only to arrange your lessons and to keep in touch about them. We do not sell or share them.
