Five Dock knows a thing or two about dancing already; the suburb's Italian heart has been hosting weddings with serious dance floors for generations. When it is your turn to be good at one, the studio is about ten minutes up Lyons Road and over the bridge.
Why Five Dock students choose a boutique studio
Five Dock knows what a good dance floor owes a wedding, and preparation is our specialty, though the same private, personalised teaching serves every other reason people finally learn: confidence, fitness, a partner's birthday promise. Adults only, no experience needed, and singles as welcome as couples.
The trip from Five Dock
Take Lyons Road to Victoria Road, cross the Iron Cove Bridge, and Darling Street is the first left into Rozelle: roughly ten minutes outside of peak. Buses along Lyons Road and Victoria Road run the same route if you would rather skip parking entirely.
What happens in your first session
A conversation first
We start by talking about what you would like to get out of dancing, your confidence, your pace and what you are hoping for.
A little dancing
Then some gentle dancing, entirely at your pace. You do not need to know a single step, and you do not need to bring anyone.
A plan built around you
Your instructor recommends a program suited to your goals, your skill and your learning pace. No obligation to take it.
