Neutral Bay does relaxed harbourside living better than almost anywhere, and a private dance lesson fits its rhythm perfectly: unhurried, a little indulgent, genuinely good for you. The studio is about twenty minutes around the harbour in Rozelle.
Why Neutral Bay students choose a boutique studio
Neutral Bay treats self-care seriously, and an hour of music, posture and another human being qualifies on every count. Lessons are private and unhurried, programs are personalised rather than packaged, and arriving alone is completely normal because your teacher is your partner.
The trip from Neutral Bay
Military Road to the Warringah Freeway, over the bridges and off at Victoria Road: allow about twenty minutes outside peak. Evening lessons work in your favour, with Military Road's traffic largely behind you by the time you head across.
What happens in your first session
A conversation first
We start by talking about what you would like to get out of dancing, your confidence, your pace and what you are hoping for.
A little dancing
Then some gentle dancing, entirely at your pace. You do not need to know a single step, and you do not need to bring anyone.
A plan built around you
Your instructor recommends a program suited to your goals, your skill and your learning pace. No obligation to take it.
